Event Registration

This 2-hour in-person field experience with the Children's Environmental Literacy Foundation (CELF) and the Mill River Park Collaborative (MRPC) connects your teaching practice to place-based learning in the natural world. Participants in this program will discover biodiversity and native riparian wildlife along the park's restored river bed. We will explore how environmental policy can shape sustainability discussions in the classroom and allow children to grasp the delicate balance between people and the natural world, even in cities.
